By accessing or using MeetingsAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Description of Service
MeetingsAI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered meeting transcription, summarization, and organization services. Features include:
- Audio recording and transcription
- AI-generated meeting summaries and action items
- Real-time transcription and translation
- YouTube video transcription
- Private Mode with on-device processing
- Cloud sync and organization features
The availability of features may vary based on your subscription plan and device capabilities.
User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Acceptable Use Policy

Subscriptions and Payments
MeetingsAI offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Prices are subject to change with notice to subscribers
- Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store
To cancel your subscription, you must do so through your device's app store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service, including recordings, transcriptions, and notes ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:
- Process Your Content to provide the Service features
- Store Your Content on our servers (when not using Private Mode)
- Display Your Content back to you within the Service
We do not claim ownership of Your Content, and we will not use it for purposes other than providing the Service without your explicit consent.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality are owned by MeetingsAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The MeetingsAI name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of MeetingsAI. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. These third-party services are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms of service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
- WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF TRANSCRIPTIONS OR AI GENERATED CONTENT
You acknowledge that transcriptions and AI-generated summaries may contain errors and should be reviewed for accuracy before relying on them for important decisions.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MEETINGSAI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Service interruption or computer damage
- Cost of substitute services
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MeetingsAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and delete your account through the app settings.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MeetingsAI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it will be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
