Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. When you enable Private Mode, your data is not sent to these third-party services.
Private Mode and On-Device Processing
MeetingsAI offers a Private Mode feature that processes all your data entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence. When Private Mode is enabled:
- No audio recordings leave your device
- Transcription is performed locally using on-device AI models
- Summaries are generated without sending data to the cloud
- Your meetings remain completely private
Private Mode requires a compatible device with Apple Intelligence capabilities.
Data Storage and Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Secure authentication mechanisms
- Regular security audits and updates
